Geoff Willcocks Consulting provides experienced, practical support to charities, heritage organisations, community organisations and other third sector bodies.

The consultancy specialises in business planning, organisational development, governance, funding and fundraising strategy, evaluation and social impact, heritage and regeneration projects, and helping organisations develop ambitious ideas into credible and deliverable plans.

Led by Dr Geoff Willcocks, the consultancy brings extensive senior-level experience across the third sector, heritage, culture, higher education and place-based regeneration. This includes developing sustainable business and funding models, supporting major capital and organisational projects, building partnerships and helping organisations navigate complex periods of change and development.

Our approach is straightforward and collaborative. We work closely with trustees, staff, funders and partners to understand the particular circumstances of each organisation and provide advice that is practical, proportionate and focused on achieving results.
